Emergencies do occur, and everyone in our office will do their best to respond to your problem quickly. In the event of a severe situation, or one in which you are in doubt, call 911 or go immediately to the Emergency Room and ask them to contact one of our physicians. If the situation is not severe, but one where you wish to contact the doctor, please telephone the office and the doctor will be in touch with you either directly or through his staff, giving you instructions on how to best handle your problem.
All patients are welcome to call with any questions they may have pertaining to their care. However, it would be most unfair to our patients were the doctor to immediately answer every telephone call. The office staff have been trained to answer many of your questions. They will also relay your information to the doctor and your call will be returned at the earliest opportunity.
If you find it necessary to contact the doctor after normal office hours, the answering service will forward your message to the physician. Your call will be returned at the earliest opportunity.
